Connection lost
This is that part of every website where the people behind it tell you who they are, what they are about, what brand of shoe they wear, and what causes they support. So okay, here’s our story:
It all began with a wheelchair, a bowl of chocolate, peanut-butter ice-cream, and a heavy door. You see, the wheelchair was…wait…you know what? We’re just not going to do it. We don’t think you need to know who we are, those we associate, or the causes we support. That’s for us to worry about.
The choice to exercise our right to remain silent is not because we’re prudes or have anything to hide (well…okay… “Yes,” there is “the” incident, but our attorneys have told us that the only surviving footage is grainy and out of focus. They are confident they will be able to get it thrown out of court). Probably…
Our silence is in your best interest. That’s right, we’re always looking out for the little guy. If we told you our history, the causes we support, known associates, and our comings and goings, first, you would become an accessory after the fact (that or the government’s star witness).
Secondly, lurking in the shadows hide the usual suspects of fun-stifling, fuddy duds acting like spider-bots, crawling along the interwebs, hoping to cancel any counter-narrative sites they find. And so, to all the zealous Karens, and nosey Kens we say, “Relax. Put down the fidget widgets, stop tilting windmills, then go to our Deets page where you’ll find a BDE project to enjoy, and let us worry “about us.”
